Tradecraft Travel aims to make the payment process straightforward, secure, and transparent. These terms explain how payments are handled, when deadlines matter, how supplier policies affect refunds, and what clients should understand before authorizing payment.
At a Glance
Tradecraft Travel accepts major credit cards and Zelle. Personal checks are not accepted.
Credit card payments are processed through secure third-party systems; full card numbers are not stored by Tradecraft Travel.
Supplier deposit and final payment deadlines are binding, and missed deadlines can lead to cancellation or loss of funds already paid.
If a payment concern arises, clients should contact Tradecraft Travel first before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
Travel services are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged. Delayed payment can affect availability, pricing, or a supplier’s willingness to hold space. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Supplier-imposed taxes, fees, and surcharges may apply and remain outside the control of Tradecraft Travel.
Tradecraft Travel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Zelle bank transfers. Personal checks are not accepted.
By submitting payment, the client authorizes Tradecraft Travel LLC to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount and acknowledges acceptance of these terms and any applicable supplier terms tied to the booking.
Zelle payments must be initiated by the client from their bank account to the designated Tradecraft Travel business account. Payment instructions are provided directly at the time of invoicing.
Many bookings require deposits, staged payments, or a final payment by a supplier deadline. Those dates and amounts will be communicated before booking.
Refunds are governed by the policies of the travel suppliers involved, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. Tradecraft Travel acts as an intermediary and cannot override those supplier terms.
If there is a concern about a charge, clients agree to contact Tradecraft Travel directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or card issuer.
Travel is built on supplier rules, deadlines, and inventory. The best way to avoid avoidable problems is to communicate early, review supplier terms carefully, and keep payment commitments on schedule.
For fraud prevention, Tradecraft Travel may request additional verification for credit card payments, particularly for higher-value transactions.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that these Payment Terms & Conditions have been read and understood, and that applicable supplier terms are also part of the booking arrangement.

Some clients may prefer to finance a trip over time instead of paying the full cost up front. Flex Pay by Upgrade may offer that option, and some loans may be interest-free depending on eligibility and terms.
Flex Pay is optional and is offered through Upgrade, not through Tradecraft Travel or the travel supplier. Approval, rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by Upgrade.
You can review details at Upgrade.
If you have questions about payment timing, supplier deadlines, planning fees, or travel protection, reach out before submitting payment. A short conversation early can prevent confusion later.
