Put the nightly price in perspective
Private villas span a wide price range.
A private villa may be more approachable than you expect when family or friends share the cost. These selected examples range from US$262.50 to US$3,136 per night in base rent for the stated dates and bedroom configurations. Mandatory charges can materially change that comparison, so the full quote matters.

How to read these examples: A per-bedroom figure is a simple comparison of the whole-villa nightly rental rate divided by the bedrooms included at that rate. It is not a separately bookable room rate. Your party rents the villa exclusively; some properties offer reduced-bedroom rates with unused rooms locked.
Compare the full stay total: taxes, service charges, cleaning or other mandatory fees, minimum stays, occupancy limits, and any staff, groceries, activities, or transfers charged separately. Refundable security deposits are additional cash commitments. Dates and availability can change the price.

Service, understood before you book
A chef at home can change the rhythm of a trip.
Breakfast without a rush. A relaxed dinner after a day out. Many Rental Escapes villas include staff, while its concierge team can help arrange additional services for other properties. I help establish what your particular stay includes and what needs to be booked separately.
Included staff
Check the specific property for chef or cook service, housekeeping, butlers, and the hours or meals covered. A staffed villa does not necessarily include every meal or round-the-clock service.
Arranged services
Where available, private chefs, pre-arrival groceries, transfers, spa treatments, and local experiences may be arranged. Availability, advance notice, and charges vary by destination and provider.
Food and other extras
Groceries and beverages are generally extra even when chef service is included. Clarify provisioning charges, gratuities, special menus, and any additional staff costs in the quote.

Is a villa cheaper than a hotel?
It can be competitive per bedroom when several bedrooms are used, particularly for families or friends traveling together. The useful comparison is the full villa cost against comparable hotel rooms for the same dates and party, with taxes, fees, meals, and services treated consistently. Savings are not guaranteed.
Can we book fewer bedrooms?
Some villas offer reduced-bedroom rates. The property is still exclusively yours and unused rooms may be locked. Other properties require the full villa, especially during holidays. I will confirm which rate and rooms apply to your stay.
Are chefs and groceries included?
Many villas include a chef or cook; at others, one can often be arranged for an additional fee. Groceries and beverages are generally separate. The number of meals, staff hours, provisioning, and gratuities need to be confirmed for the property.
What should we know before committing?
Minimum stays, deposits, payment deadlines, security deposits, and cancellation rules vary. Review the property-specific agreement and the supplier’s current terms before paying. Ask early about travel protection, including purchase deadlines and exclusions.
Do we need to choose a villa first?
No. Send your travel window, approximate group size, destination ideas, and what matters most. If you have already found a property, send the link. An inquiry starts a conversation and does not reserve a villa or lock a rate.
