Consultation Fees and Transparency
Some complex, highly customized itineraries require significant research, design, and planning time. In those cases, Tradecraft Travel reserves the right to charge a consultation or planning fee. Any such fee will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins—no surprises.
Air Bookings
I’m happy to book airfare for clients when it adds real value—especially for international trips, complex routings, stopovers, or special fares like student or cruise rates. If a simple domestic flight is best booked directly, I’ll say so plainly, because my role is to give you clear, honest advice, not to force a service you don’t need.
Travel Insurance and Protection
Travel planning isn’t complete without protection. Tradecraft Travel works with Allianz Travel Insurance and strongly recommends travel insurance coverage for all clients. Allianz offers comprehensive options that can protect your investment against trip cancellations or interruptions, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen events. Coverage recommendations are tailored to the type of trip you are taking—whether a cruise, international travel, or complex group itinerary—so you can travel with confidence knowing you’re protected if plans change.
